Terrible service, bordering on

After a lot of deliberation, I purchased a model car which was advertised as being available over a lengthy period, as a project I would complete with my daughter. A James Bond DB5 1/8th scale model.
On numerous occasions, I was well in credit with these people with regard to the supply. There were many occasions where certain editions were not able to be supplied. At the end of it all, everything was finally supplied and I began the assembly process... Remember, the total value of this model is over 8000 Rand.
Once I began to assemble the model, I discovered that there was one damaged rear wheel assembly. One of the interior editions contained two of the same seats as opposed to a left and a right and the left front bulkhead is too long to fit into the model, not allowing you to assemble it.
My partner has spoken Jacklin about this matter and I have e mailed them.. After a month of trying to get an answer, I still don't have one. Do I have a course I can follow to try and get some assistance regarding this? Or do i grin and bear it like we South Africans are so used to doing..?
Now that these people have my money, they go away and their claim to serve goes with them...
