I spoke to Bandile last week asking for an explanation of the charges they deducted off my credit card and for proof of all the docouments I signed authorising those deductions.
Still waiting - and he was going to "get backt o me shortly"
I called again this morning and still waiting for a call back.
You have no problem double deducting my account as and when it suits you but you take your time responding to queries!
How must I get my queries resolved? By cancelling my subscription? Do you really need the business if this is how you treat your customers?
