In April as a mothers days gift to my wife I decided to subscribe for a series called the art of crochet. I joined up electronically as I thought this would be the best way of not missing any editions.
I was sent 2 order numbers (although I subscribed once!) but being new, did not query straight away. I was then double debited for the first month and received duplicate editions.
At the end of April, I was double debited again, and queried it only to be told that I had subscribed twice?! I requested for the duplicate order number to be removed and this was confirmed by one of their consultants (Pamela Kele) that this was done. I then proceeded to return post the duplicate editions back.
I checked my bank account this morning, only to find that I was double debited again - 3 months in a row. There was no acknowledgement of the parcel that I had posted back, Or that I would be refunded.
I am very unhappy and am seriously considering cancelling this subscription service.
