I won on Jacaranda FM on 27/09/2013. A week and a bit later I spoke to Stephen to find out what they will need from me as I will be away from the office for a while and I would be able to get all the necessary documents needed to them without issues. Now away from office, if there's extra docs needed, I would really struggle and that would just delay everything once again.
The next day I requested feedback with regards receipt of those docs and if all was in order. To date no response and I mailed him again, also enquiring about a ballpark date for the transfer, knowing that it would not happen overnight, but a slight idea of when it would happen would at least let me know that there's some progress. I know Stephen does not handle the payouts etc, but feedback would have been a light in a dark tunnel.
Winning is such a great feeling, but then all goes quiet, making the experience a little "everyday".
Some feedback and a light on the way forward would be greatly appreciated.
A compliment for Stephen, he is very friendly and helpful on the phone on both instances we interacted on the phone.
