Avios money not paid

I won on Jacaranda for the Avios competition on the 7th October.
Since then I have endless emails and i have made needless phone calls to Stephen who assures me everyday that i will be getting my money during the week, one excuse after the other.

I am really dissapointed in Jacaranda.
10 weeks later and nothing!!!
