What a waste of time, effort and money!
The Print Shop takes incompetence to a whole new level. From a website that isn't set up to accept coupon codes (and then goes down for a week due to exceeding their bandwidth) to staff that have no idea what is going on and everything in between.
NINE phone calls and over a month later and I'm still no closer to finding out where my order is despite their promise of delivery within 14 days. This so-called company is nothing but endless empty promises and unmet delivery dates.
I've already requested a refund for the two coupons I bought from Daddy's Deals and definitely will NOT be recommending The Print Shop to anyone I know.
