I am a subscriber to your Sunday Times which attracts your commitment to also deliver a copy of the Times, Monday to Friday. During the past year I have had occasion to complain of non-delivery on twenty occasions, meaning a failure rate of > 6%. Each time you call-center staff undertake to have the matter investigated and a replacement copy delivered. When matters have been particularly bad (e.g. 5 instances last March and 4 instances last June), I raise the level of complaint where after seem to go better for a while. This leads to the unavoidable conclusion that this is simply a matter of the diligence of your couriers, a matter which you do not appear to have under control. Your newspaper presents the highest quality which I appreciate and look forward to. Please be so kind as to follow up with your support services so as to achieve the same levels of excellence that your editorials espouse for the country as a whole.
