End of september, i was promised a certain amount. When the payment arrived in my bank account, it was short paid. I emailed the help desk and they say the overpaid me. When i asked them where, nobody replies. Can i escalate this to someone higher before i take this to d media and more. They have no principals and just want to rob us. I will seek legal advice if this is not resolved.
