We wanted to place an obirtuary add for our later mother in The Herald. we dealt with Soraya to send us the the bank account to pay for the ad, we paid the amount but we never sent the proof of payments cz we were arranging for the funeral, we took for granted that they'll see the ref number they allocated for the payment. on the friday that the ad was suppose to be published, we never saw any ad, went to The Herald and they said we must contact the person we were dealing with which is Soraya... weve been emailing her back and forth for the past 5weeks and she told us she processed it and it took 4weeks to process our refund and we told her we are very unhappy about the service, last week she informed us that we will be getting the money on the 1st of October and we never did. please assist.
