Subscriptions to the Sunday Times based on delivery of the paper to my front door. None of the Sunday Times was delivered to my door and on the second week requested cancellation and full refund. A total of R57 was deducted and I requested a statement. The is request was sent in June 2013 and on a regular basis sent an email requesting for this statement. There has been no response and my emails ignored. I expected a full refund.
