2 months later - no delivery, no customer service

I purchased a voucher from Groupon on the 1st March 2013. The voucher was valid from 01.03.2013 to 28.08.2013

I subsequently placed my order with the print shop and sent through my voucher on the 21st of July. I've called in several times thereafter and have always been promised that they will call me back or it will be delivered in that week. I've spoken to many people and was told that Yash (who is the supervisor) will call me back - he never did! It is now almost 2 months later and I still have not received my canvas. I would like a refund immediately.
