Hi my name is Chantal, I bought a Groupon voucher for an A1 canvas print, and as per the requirements I was asked to email the voucher and picture I wanted, to The Print Shop. iI did so on 11/06/2013, I called back 14 days later to check on delivery and was told they did not receive the pic, I sent it again and stil did not get feedback, I called the following week and was told they reached their cap and had no internet service but will attend to it. I called twice every week and every week there seemed to have been a new excuse. finally I called again today and was told the repsonsible person is not in and now they are renovating and attending to this. I asked for the cell number of the person responsible for the Groupons (yash), and was given his number however, that number just rings. As per the voucher it stated delivery would be within 15 days and to date it is 43 days. this was bought on behalf of a family member who needed this before she left to Saudi Arabia, she has already left the country and I have still not received any joy in this matter. I am highly off as I have spent more money calling these people than the actual voucher itself.
