I purchased a beelt subscription for my father of 74. For his birthday. It took about 12 phone calls to get the first delivery. (We should then have known). Our free month delivery became half a free month. We now have to phone roughly 3-4 times a week to beg for a delivery (I have already paid). My moms telephone acc has gone from R400 to R 650. Since the beelt. We have been phoning Ruby, Lucile, Sipho. And many more. All we get is an apology and a promise that it would not happen again. Low and behold it does over and over again. We have to threaten to cancel and then Sipho delivers the paper. They don't care if we cancel or not. Yet no paper is forth coming. In today's economic time. I would think that Media 24 would be more than happy to have definite customers. They really are a joke.
