Eluctance to cancel subscription

Monday 4 November... no paper
Tuesday 5 November at 8:10 am I phone toquery non delivery of MONDAY newspaper., Lady apologised and would get back to me... waited waited and waited
At approx 3pm I phone to ask why no response to my non-delivery of newspaper... We will credit you for that
I said thats not acceptable... well if you want to cancel we will refund you - R55 within a few weeks

What no solution to the problem???

I get home and see MONDAY paper on the lawn and TUESDAY. MONDAYS PAPER with M ONDAYS NEWS???
