I am really getting annoyed - I logged a call 9 May - was told to send an email and I would get a response from the mail box that my mail has been received - I am still waiting. I have resent the email still with no response, . Your call centre person I spoke to today is very very rude and did not listen to what I was saying - I spoke to Moya - only after he put me on hold for ages did he come back and ask me if I had a reference number which I told him earlier in the conversation that I did but he was too busy interrupting me.
Best you remove that from my account immediately and advise Telkom not to disconnect my services as I have now exceeded my credit limit, failing to do so will result in legal action against yourselves for the incorrect billing and loss of income as I use this line for work.
