I had a run-in with this company 2 years ago when I suddenly started to receive billing for services not asked or agreed to. They use a old telkom database to extract clients from, then fabricate an agreement to send you a bill for so-called contractual services. Months of telephone calls, e-mails, faxes and frustration produced zero results. I had to drive to their offices and "physically" force my way up to their management offices to get them to remove me from the list and provide a credit... Guess what?. yes... 2 YEARS later and it has started again... this company is nothing more than a organisation setup under a so-called legit company. How is it possible, looking at the list of complaints on Hello-Peter that the consumer council has not fined or closed them down? - I want my detail removed from their system REF NO 0005487007... OR I WILL JUST HAVE TO VISIT THEM IN PERSON AGAIN...
