I entered the Mother's day competition and on Friday 10 May i was contacted by Jacaranda to say that i won and that i must listen out for my song on Saturday between 5-6. They played my song and then said that i won.
I still haven't received my prize, which was suppose to be for Mother's day. Yesterday, 2 weeks later i got a call from them to get a delivery address for my prize to be delivered, and then they tell me that it will be delivered within the next 2 weeks. This is very bad, how can you advertise competitions and tell people that they have won yet they still wait for ever to get it, especially Mother's day, what if i hadn't't bought my mom anything she would get nothing! This is pathetic, Jacaranda should really work on their competitions because it! If you win something you should receive it straight away not have to wait more than 2 weeks later!
