Prize not forthcoming after 2 months

Won a Woolies voucher on 29 Mar in a Facebook competition promoted and run by Biz Monster. Still not received prize despite numerous communications, commitments and assurances. Eventually they say prize was posted 10 May. Asked for tracking number & was told they will send it (when back in the office) - this was 3 weeks ago. Still not received. Then get told they will do a transfer into my bank account. If they had posted the prize why spend more money? But I agree and provide banking details. Almost a week later, STILL no transfer into my bank account, still no prize in the post, still no tracking number. What's more is this prize was sponsored by a client of Biz Monster so when I contacted the sponsor they were shocked & embarrassed.Biz Monster said if the posted prize arrives I should keep it given my patience, so I again ask for a tracking number indicating that if they do the transfer into my account and the prize arrives in the post, I will donate the prize to "Pay it Forward". Needless to say, they can't provide me with a tracking number. Clearly they did not mail the prize on 10 May and therefore do not have a tracking number. Shame on you Biz Monster.
