I have been struggling since February 2013 cancel the mobi site service for my business as it is an unessesary expense and my business did not benefit out of this at all They charge an arm and a leg for a mobisite which does not bring in any new business. I phoned in the middle of Feb 2013 and spoke to the contact centre and asked that they should cancel this. They suddenly said that I have to pay for another month as the so called contract is bound to a 1 month notice period. They never informed me about this, so how come must I still pay??? Then they just kept quiet, by not sending me any statements from Feb 2013 to May 13.In June 13 I suddenly get a bill and I replied immediately to the adress. No reply to date. Suddenly today I get the bill again from Mr Gift Selebe and I asked him why did he only reply now? 2 WEEKS after the original email in June. He did not awnser me and said that I just have to pay. I'm still waiting for the voice recordings or paper work to state that I must pay for the month notice. I will not pay this as they never explained this to me. You can actually see the service that they deliver as I lodge a complaint on this website in December 12.WHAT IS GOING ON?
