Three weeks ago I complained that I had not received the Sunday times. I was promised that a re-delivery would be done - that did not happen.
Last week I complained again as the newspaper had not been delivered. Again a promise of re-delivery which did not happen.
Today I again did no receive the newspaper. I phone again to complain where it was verified that the previous complaints had been attended t, but still no newspaper.
I have used the e-mail complaints procedure - No response.
The phone in procedure also gives no response.
I now just want a full refund
