Account beign debited whenever they want

Jacklin debits my cheque account infrequently for different amounts at different dates - i requested a cupy of the agreement where i gave permission for these amounts to be deducted - NO REPLY AT ALL - i will pay what i have to and had agreed to but not whenever they feel like it. Can someone please give me a copy of the agreement and balances on the account - Looking forward to your reply
