I needed to place an advert on behalf of my organization in the newspaper. After phoning the call centre and being told everything was sorted I got a call back from Reggie to say it could not be accommodated because our previous payment for an advert was not made. This was not alerted to me in my previous phone call and we have never received an invoice for the previous advert. Reggie was very accommodating and gave me great feedback, and helped me ensure that my payment was made and that the advert was posted as it was urgent. Thank you Reggie for calming me down and making sure everything was sorted quickly.
