YEARBOOK promised and not received

I am a Jacklin client, who received the 2012 catelogue in the post last year. I decided to order the "Mickey wonders why" series for my children, with the idea that should they not like it I could return the books upon receipt. The offer stated that if i ordered ANY PRODUCT FROM LEVEL 1 I would receive the Disney yearbook. I received the books, realized they were a little complicated for my kiddies aged 4 and 7 but decided to keep them and pay the monthly premium online.
The promised yearbook never arrived. I have logged numerous calls with the call centre and get no answer. They are apparently unaware of the offer that i ordered on, that states about the year book. I am nearing the end of my 12 month contract and will DEFINATELY not be ordering again. I do however still want my yearbook as advertised? I still have the booklet i ordered from, clearly stating the offer.
