Business cards gone wrong

It was suggested by sales that i go with plastic business cards as i was ordering so few units (50). I paid and let the job progress maintaining that my deadline was end of work the following friday.

After constanly checking my job would be delivered on time end of work friday. It was hand delivered to the wrong address friday early evening. I then had to liaise with the wrong deliverees to get the package the next morning.

The business cards were black instead of colour, had been packed while wet so the virgin white side of the card was 'dirty' with lots of ink rubbing onto it from the front of the card next to it.

Since the cards were meant for a birthday present and i now had missed that boat, One stop print admitted that they had a problem with the machine and suggested that they reprint the job on card.

This solution i was happy with but now i get no replies to my correspondance and have been ignored since 4 June when that promise was made.

This is unprofessional behaviour for a company with a rep stated on their website of 40 years.
