I would like to compliment the servicing team of Human Auto in Bloemfontein, Herman the agent by name, for the work they did on my vehicle. They fixed items on the vehicle that Menlyn Ford in Pretoria could not fix in two servicings. They even inform me that Menlyn Ford in Pretoria did nothing on the previous service, they did not change the airfilter and did not fit a new oilfilter cartridge, the cartridge was completely MISSING, although there was an invoice for the work done.
Human Auto supplied me with evidence that I will use against Menlyn Ford in Pretoria if anything happens to the engine of the vehicle caused by the missing oil cartridge.
Good to know that Human Auto have people with pride in their work and you do not have to worry about the kind of service they give.
