On the 22nd of September a sales person called my husband regarding an upgrade on our data contracts. He told her to phone his wife as she handles it. I (his wife) did not get any call that day. She called him back 5 min later to say that i have agreed to the upgrade and fooled my husband into believing that I gave the go-ahead. Since then i have sent emails and phoned countless times to cancel/reverse this upgrade. Each time i phoned, i was told that there was no cancelation logged and that they have now logged it. I have been paying for this upgrade since September 2022 up until today 1 March 2023. I can't seem to get Vodacom to do their job, they are just to happy taking my money every month. This has to stop now!!! Vodacom you are thieves and a fraudulent. Sort his out NOW and give me the money back that you stole from me!!
