Wanted for fraud in the DRC (Democratic Republic Of Congo). 20 October 2022
Bobby Ragavan has allegedly taken 15 000 USD (deposit) from a minister of the DRC to complete a nine bedroom apartment kitchen and bedroom BIC.
He has since fled with the 15 000 USD and is untraceable at his residence in Kyalami View, Midrand, Johannesburg. Detectives have now been despatched to trace his whereabouts and once found, Bobby Ragavan will be expedited to the DRC. He will be trailed and prosecuted for fraud where he will possibly serve imprisonment in the DRC.
