On the 3rd of August we cancelled our tablet with Cell C, in the beginning of September 2022 Cell C deducted the Data in arears, but they disconnected the Tablet number permanent, well we paid for data not used. On the 04/10/2022 we went to Cell C Somerset West to get answers, as usual no feedback the lady working there full of promises, not phoning back, phoned everyday, no feedback, went back on the 11/10/2022, again they will phone back and nothing happened as expected, BAD BAD BAD!!!
Today 13/10/2022 phoned again after no feedback, the agent asked me to phone back in 10 minutes, why i am the customer meaning nothing to CELL C as long as they get your money, maybe after all these years with them, maybe go to MTN or other provider. Your Somerset Mall Branch has no customer service. I don't think this is good for Cell C.!!!
