I gave this business some shirts last Tuesday for printing and was promised to receive it on Thursday. I gave them an extra day to complete the project. After sending a driver 4 times to pick up the shirts it was still not on the premises. Every-time my driver went back they made another empty promise. I phoned the lady responsible and she said that it would be ready at 3pm. When i contacted the following day still their was nothing every-time i phone the lady she did not answer. I phoned the owner of this company and he told me that i have to take it up with her as he will not take responsibility. After numerous phone calls he finally phoned me back and said my shirts are ready for collection and he will give me a 100% refund for inconvenience. Once again i traveled all the way to Wynberg, when i got their he did not offer my money back and asked me what i want. I told him i want the full amount refunded as i have spend a huge amount on traveling cost and phone calls. He disappeared in the back of the shop. After another argument the lady went looking for him and came back with a small cash amount and said that is what he offered. Still i have not received some products.
