For the 2012 Photo and Film expo in Cocoa Cola dome, we ordered 6 white golf shirts with the logo embroidered on the front and back. Antoinette promised that the goods would be delivered in time. I had to collect the goods from the person who did the embroidery and the logo in the back was not done to specs. I checked the invoice that it was described correctly and contacted her again. I took the goods back and was told that it would be done the next day. We were now one day late for the expo.
When I collected it, I noticed that they unravelled the old embroidery and stitched over it on the same shirt. This caused numerous little holes to appear. The company refused to use the shirts and on the Monday I complained to her about the issue. She promised to replace them. I took them to the embroiderer to be collected and she never picked it up.
Since October 2012 I have been calling and emailing Antoinette. She promises every time to have it replaced and it will be ready "tomorrow". She even promised to deliver it to me but she did not show up. Finally she just stopped taking my calls. If she is this bad with 6 shirts, just imagine what it is like with a large order!
