We ordered Barron Golf Shirts from SN Printers (Silverton). We arranged to have a sample of the sizes collected to fit and based our order (ladies, medium) on that. The shirts that we received are smaller than the sample fitted. When laying them flat on a table, the sleeve of the smallest medium shirt is 2 cm smaller than the biggest medium. Which means, in total the circumference is smaller by 4 cm. That is a huge difference when looking at a sleeve of about 30cm. We have taken photo's and returned the shirts that are too small. SN Printers communicated with their supplier who is not willing to exchange the shirts as they apparently fall within the ratio that is still acceptable.
Although they are the middle man - we have paid for the shirts and have gone through a lot of trouble to ensure that we have the right sizes. Why did we fit a sample if there isn't a standard Medium size?
