Parcel now stuck for more than a month

Hi, My parcel was sent from Cape Town on 20 Feb 2013 and was last scanned at Tswhane Hub on 19 March 2013. I am in Middelburg MP. Parcel number PE789430436ZA. No one can tell me where the parcel is. Please help.
