Hi i bought samsung me 6194 st s/steel black 55l 26oct 2012 i was not explained the full guarantee could some explain everything to me regarding this appliance, according to me this product is still under gaunter and a week back the unit stopped working i took out tray and discovered that the part beneath that has cracked and broke. i took the part in and was told that i need to pay in R168 for the new part which i do not understand this is bad service and i am not willing to pay for the part when the unit is still under guarantee
