I need your urgent help please - seems to be the norm within the SAPO! I ordered a medical bracelet from the UK - it was dispatched on 5 April. Royal Mail insists that the item reached SA, but I never received the item. The supplier sent a second item, this time with a tracking number RI573083852GB. Royal Mail shows that the item reached SA on the 19th of April and I still haven't received anything. This CANNOT CONTINUE! I need a senior manager to investigate and help me trace this item urgently!
