I received a letter from Pholosa Credit solutions stating that I owe Cell C money. I did have a contract with cell c but when it was time to upgrade I did not want to upgrade so my services was stoped. That number was deactivated and I have never used that number again. What is this account for? I do not owe Cell C any money! Please help. I cant remember what that number was for it is to long ago
