Refuses or simply neglects to correct their records with the correct debtor's details. I've informed them by telephone numerous times to stop spamming me, but it just keeps on coming!! I'm NOT MS I NAIDOO - I keep on telling them this and I keep on asking them to remove my cell number (that's been my number for the past 15 years), yet the SPAM SMS's just keep on coming. The cell number that you have on your system for account number 251539383 is INCORRECT, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DELETE IT!!
