Bad service and not fulfilling their promise

I requested this company Rapid Business Registration to do the amendment for me my compnay name is JUKHA T&P. They promised me that it will take 10 weeks to do the amendment at the moment they did one amendment and I'm still waiting for them to complete what I requested and I have paid them in full. The only time they respond to me its when I call them about this delay now its 6 month I'm still waiting and the problem is my business is not working because of not having complete documents for my company.
