? purchased a eurolux sc-3 lt ball ceiling light approx 11 months ago. The unit consits off 3 lights with a glass ball on each light fitting. The are so heavy that they eventually pulls the fitting from the electric wire. This caused a neutral problem that left me without electricity for 2 days. I had to pay the insurance to fix it but after 2 days I got fed up and foumd the problem myself. This happened approx 3 weeks ago. I wont go and speak to game at carnival mall as I only had bad experiences from them. Personally I dont think the design was tested to ensure that it should at least last a few years. This is not to criticize eurolux but just to get help.
