I Went to redeem a groupon voucher at Emporium HB and on arrival I was informed the particular products stipulated on the voucher are out of stock, according to the receptionist I should of been notified, they did NOT notify me whatsoever!
This means I lost 2 hours of work time I booked out of my busy schedule to be able to redeem this voucher.
The manager was not on the premises and not even accommodating because of their mistake - I got her contact nr and tried to complain to her - just to get the response of - 'who do you think you are to contact me on my personal contact number! '.
Groupon did however agree to refund me.
