I purchased a voucher through groupon for a massage. I have tried repeatedly for the past 2 weeks to make a booking but the phone is constantly engaged at all hours of the day. I left a comment on their website to contact me but have had no response. i have requested my groupon voucher to be cancelled but am not able to get my money back, only a credit. Poor poor customer service.
