Honours Registration

I registered online on the 21 January 2013 and thereafter paid the full deposit due.
I was previously registered for honours and there should be no reason why my registration has still not come through to date.
I have emailed the department however I have received no response. I am quite concerned regarding my registration as we write our first test on 09/03/2013 and I cannot download my tut books until I am registered.

Please urgently provide some feedback regarding this or sort out my registration so I can plan myself.
