Failure to provide proof of registration

I paid my annual fees on 23 March 2013. I have not yet received my proof of registration as a medical practitioner OR my proof of registration as a registrar.

I emailed the HPCSA on 2013/07/21, after numerous attempts to get hold of an operator via their call centre (I`m sorry, but I cannot hold for 20 minutes every time!!). I am still awaiting a reply...

My HR department is now on MY case to supply these documents, but is seems impossible to get it from the HPCSA!

PLEASE just sent me these documents!! It is now MONTHS down the line!

ALSO: I had the SAME issue last year; eventually I was supplied with a registration card, but with the wrong name on it!! I am NOT Dr Z Wiid!! Please do not make the same mistake again..
