Im appalled

I bought a pack of cigarettes at Pick and pay - it tasted very bad, I called the customer services at British tobaco who informed me that I will get a replacement pack (wasnt told to keep the bad pack) so this morning the delivery guy brings the pack and asks me to give the bad pack I then inform him that I dont have it - Then he takes it back. I will never support Rothmans will tell all my friends and family of the poor service. Made me feel bad for complaining
