I have a car with some hail damage on it and after Rynhard from Fiad Dent Removal gave me a quote to repair and a timeline of 5 working days, I decided to take my car to them for repairs. Three weeks later, I phoned Rynhard who told me he doesn't work there anymore (after he told me it's his business) and I must speak to Frikkie. Frikkie doesn't take my calls, and openly. He told me he had to take my car to another panel beater and the car was there for two weeks. I then went to the other panel beater who proved that the car was there for 5 days and was delivered 3 days prior to my visit, after Frikkie told me it was delivered the night before. Frikkie places the blame on Rynhard, and takes no responsibility for any of the wrong doing, not even for his own. We went to the workshop at 11:00 on a Tuesday morning to find a locked gate and no person to be seen, no cars anywhere no sign of business. I would like to know when I will get my car and what is really going on.
