I cancelled my application with Credit clear before anything was prosessed. I was guarenteed by Sima that no money would be debited off my account. At the end of March money was debited by Credit Clear from my acount i have been calling everyday for almost three weeks now and still no money has been refunded to me. Everyday Sima promisses me my money will be in the following day and everyday she is sorry for the inconvenience but no money has been refunded to me. Which is not acceptable. i would not recommend Credit Clear to anyone as there customer service and turn around time is horrific.
