Credit Clear has debited my account for the amount of R1500 2 weeks before the actual arranged debit date, after some research i found that Credit Clear main objective are to mislead, making unauthorized account debiting (whenever they feel like it), rather than helping people.(Just look at all the complaints on Hellopeter, that tells the whole story)
When i phoned the call center, wanting to cancel their service witch they have not done yet, they simply refuse to make a refund. Have lodge a complaint at the NCC.
We as South Africans have the right to demand our money back for poor or no service from companies that claim to want to help, but do the opposite instead.
Would like Berny to phone me, so that we can resolve this matter, either in an agreement to refund my money or to be settled in court.
