Credit Clear misled me into thinking that they could clear my name from the Credit bureau at a fee of over a R1000.00- when i got contacted by their lawyers, this promise was a lie & i was misled into paying the money.
during mu discussion with Credit Clear- i have explained to them that i have attempted to get my listing removed before and if they were certain they would help. I have since been asking for a refund & have been in numerous contact with Godfrey Mjali & Sima Booi (Manager). they are not sending my recordings as proof and are refusing to pay me back my money.
Credit Clear are frauds and cheat desparate citizen.
I am annoyed with their lack of honesty & poor service I am even taking legal action against them.
I want my refund and they need to take responsibility for their dishonest sales consultants who are pushing their sales with.
