On 05/12/2013 i had my pool and Koi pond pumps replaced via insurance. In style pools were appointed by outsurance and they recommended Speck pumps for the replacement. I upgraded the Koi pump and had a Galaxy 16 pump put in for the pool, i had to pay in R4800.00. The Galaxy pump stopped working on the 287/12/2013 while i was busy vacuming my pool. I called Adrian from In Style and he reported the problem to speck Pumps who responded on the 06/01/2014. They came on 07/01 with a "new" motor on the 08/01 and all seemed good until the 09/01 morning when it stopped again. they removed the pump and ran it over night allegedly with no problems and told me it was electrical problems. I changed all the breakers in my DB board even though no other appliances coneccted to same board. They returned the pump on 10/01 with a "new" impeller. That same evening the motor was turning but no pressure. Adrian came on 11/01 and removed the pump and replaced with loan unit. He has sent me photos of damages to impeller and seal. It is now almost 2 months from installation and 3 weeks from last removal and only response i got is when i phoned but heard nothing for 2 weeks now. Never mind the cost to me.
