I put my claim in on 29 Jan with the insurance, Rumeshni Naidoo would handle my claim. No notification from the insurance again. Supplier arrived a whole day and a half later to check the pool pump. he was here two minutes. He never opened anything, never switched on the pool motor, all he did was lean in and look at the pool pump and took a photo. i called the insurance on the 31 Jan at 15H36, spoke to someone else, was told that the claim is going to be rejected because there is dirt in the motor and that is the reason the motor doesn't work properly. Its been 5 days, no rejection letter to dispute. no response to my mail to Krishen on the 31 Jan regarding my claim. I got two opinions after the service provider so called check. Google and another pool specialist. Both said it was the start capacitor, which i have repalced for R95 and the pool is working perfectly fine. Are we being ripped off by insurance. Are service providers paid not to fix the actual problem and reject claims and accuse the owners of misuse???
