I purchased the Hydro Compact in December needed another filter in February, spoke to Lizette at Midrand Distribution and ordered 5, did bank transfer, but only one was delivered to me, with a comment that the rest will arrive within a few days well no surprise I paid on 24.02.2013 and still nothing. I got a response in March 19th stating that they can give me my money back or there will be stock in two weeks I opted for waiting the two weeks, now nearly a month later still no word or correspondence from them. I have now asked that the pay me back for the machine and undelivered filters. What's the use of having this vacuum cleaner if you can't get filters.
